week 2

I've quit smoking for a week now, apart from the odd sneaky one. Been to the gym nearly every day doing weights and cardio and changed my diet eating more and eating healthier, with some protein shakes. Not a massive improvement but there is some. I feel like I have more energy too.

Journey to fitness

On this blog I am going to post a photo weekly to hopefully show improvement body building wise. I currently weigh 11 stone 9 haven't been to the gym for a while eat crap and smoke. I'm going to change this and hopefully see a lot of improvement and motivate other people.
